Can’t log in? Here’s how to fix it

No matter what product you’ve purchased from us, you log in here.

But are you having trouble logging in?

Don’t worry. This guide will get you logged in and ready to learn Excel in less than 2 minutes 🙂

There can be a couple of reasons why you can’t log in.

1: You can’t remember your password

Anyone can forget which password they used to sign up for a specific service online.

Click here if you have forgotten yours.

Then click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions on the screen.

2: You signed up using another email address

Many people own several different email addresses. One for work, one for home, and maybe more?

If you can’t log in, you might have signed up for the course using another email address than the one you’re trying to log in with now.

So, try to log in here with all the email addresses you own.

3: You didn’t follow the instructions sent to you when you signed up

When you purchased your course, we sent you an email with instructions on how you to enroll in the course.

If you have never logged in to the course before, you need to go to your inbox, find the email and follow the instructions.

To find the instruction-email, do a search for “spreadsheeto” in your inbox and browse through our emails.

4: You mistyped your email address when you signed up
