Didn’t receive lesson 1 (or any other lessons)?

But now you’re wondering why you haven’t received the lessons.

There might be a few reasons for this, let’s go through each one.

1: Wait 30 minutes

Chances are you just signed up. Sometimes there can be a slight delay in receiving the email (which contain the lessons).

So, if you haven’t waited 30 minutes yet, it’s probably just a matter of time before it shows up 🙂

2: Check your spam/junk folder

The email might have ended up in your “spam” or “junk” folder (which is quite the insult compared to the content, but hey, that’s computers right?).

Please go ahead and check those folders!

Got Gmail? Check your “Promotional” tab too!

If you have Gmail, you may have noticed that there’s a promotional tab? Go click it.

Voilá! There it is?!

3: Search for emails from “kasper@spreadsheeto.com”

The lessons are sent by co-founder Kasper Langmann.

Kasper will show up in your inbox as “Kasper from Spreadsheeto” – with the email: kasper@spreadsheeto.com

Try go searching for “kasper@spreadsheeto.com” and see if the email appears.

4: You might’ve mistyped your email. Try signing up again!

Another explanation might be as simple as you’ve made a typo when you signed up for the training.

So, head back and try signing up again and see if that solves it 🙂
